frog environmental is an innovator in the field of silt control and environmental protection. We are seeking a bright and positive person to join our small and friendly team that provides environmental support to some of the largest construction companies in the UK.

The Depot & Site Technician role will involve a variety of different activities, from supporting product manufacture and despatch, to collecting data and samples from construction sites. For the right individual, there is a real opportunity for personal & professional growth alongside a varied workload with an expert specialist team.

The successful candidate will have great communication skills and will positively represent frog environmental during every customer interaction, working as part of a close-knit team, predominantly based in our Barton depot.

The successful candidate will also be open to learning new skills and different ways of working and will be rewarded with a good work life balance and flexibility in their role.

Responsibilities will include:

• Working with Depot Supervisor to build and manage stock
• Site attendance to collect data using hand held devices (training provided)
• Collecting soil and water samples from construction sites (training provided)
• Ad hoc delivery of materials to local construction sites
• Working with Office Manager to support logistics of despatching and receiving goods
• Supporting technical team with Research & Development projects
• Work with technical staff to attend site and support product installation

The successful candidate will be well organised and ready to learn, with preferably a few years of vocational experience working in a related field.

Technical experience (all desirable, not essential):

• Construction site experience
• Health and safety knowledge
• CSCS card holder for construction site work
