We believe there is a huge opportunity for innovation in our field and that we need forward-thinking, creative people working on smart solutions at a catchment level to deliver healthy aquatic ecosystems.

As well as working closely with world leading researchers in Floating Treatment Wetlands, we are actively engaged in many different lines of R&D.
Our research encompasses a broad range of river restoration topics including nutrient management, fisheries & habitat creation.
Much of our focus is on supporting the work of our clients in aligning with the objectives of Good Ecological Status or Good Ecological Potential under the European Water Framework Directive.
