Why is training important in managing water pollution risk on construction sites?

Training equips teams with the knowledge to identify pollution risks early and apply best practices for prevention and compliance. Construction sites can create pathways for silt, sediment, and contaminants to enter watercourses, leading to environmental harm, regulatory penalties, and project delays.
